Propble helps homeowners request home services and helps participating contractors evaluate paid opportunities.

Information we collect

We collect project information, ZIP code, timing, payment-preference responses, contact information, and contractor application details. Contractors may also provide operating settings and outcomes for leads they buy.

How we use it

We use information to operate matching, process contractor lead purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, improve lead quality, and communicate about a submitted request or account.

When we share it

Contractors receive homeowner contact details and full project descriptions only after a verified purchase of that lead. A shared lead may be purchased by more than one contractor. Authorized Propble staff and service providers process information to operate hosting, payments, support, and communications. If you choose the AI project helper, your description is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Avoid including contact details or sensitive information in that description.

Choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through our support form. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, and accounting purposes.

Security

We use access controls designed to restrict customer details until a contractor has completed a verified lead purchase. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as Propble develops. The effective date above will change when we do.
