Propble provides tools for homeowners to request services and for contractors to discover paid lead opportunities. Propble is not a contractor, lender, insurer, guarantor, or party to work completed between a homeowner and contractor.

Homeowners

Submitting a project does not guarantee a contractor, price, appointment, financing, estimate, or completed work. You are responsible for choosing a contractor and agreeing to any scope, price, payment, or schedule directly with that contractor.

Contractors

Contractors are responsible for all licensing, insurance, advertising claims, service quality, customer communications, tax obligations, and legal compliance. A lead purchase unlocks contact information for a potential customer; it does not guarantee a job, quote, response, or revenue.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and do not use Propble to spam, discriminate unlawfully, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or misuse homeowner information.

Payment

Lead access is granted only after payment is verified. Lead purchase terms and any eligible refund process are described in the Lead Refund Policy.
