What is Propble?

Propble is a home-services matching and project-management platform. Homeowners submit a project request; Propble organizes the details and checks for participating contractors that fit the service and ZIP. Contractors can manage purchased opportunities and the work that follows.

Is Propble free for homeowners?

Yes. Homeowners do not pay Propble to submit a project request or check matching coverage. Any estimate, contract or payment for home-service work is handled directly with the contractor the homeowner chooses.

How are contractors matched?

Matching considers the requested service, ZIP coverage, timing, contractor capabilities, availability and relevant PayFit preferences. Availability varies, and submitting a project does not guarantee a match.

When does a contractor receive customer details?

Customer contact information and protected project details remain locked until the contractor completes a verified purchase for that opportunity. Contractors see the unlock price before deciding whether to purchase.

Can more than one contractor receive my request?

Yes. A project may be offered to and purchased by more than one participating contractor. Only contractors that complete the controlled unlock process receive the protected customer details associated with that opportunity.

Does Propble perform or guarantee the work?

No. Participating contractors are independent businesses, not Propble employees. Homeowners should review qualifications, insurance, scope, price and contract terms before hiring. Propble does not guarantee estimates, appointments, financing or completed work.

What does “payment options” mean?

PayFit helps record whether payment options may be useful and whether a contractor reports offering them. Propble is not a lender and does not determine financing eligibility, rates or approval.
